Cancellation Policy

## Oriana Wellness — Default Booking Policy **Booking Policy** Appointments are recommended to be booked in advance. Please arrive **5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment** so you have time to settle in and your treatment can begin on time. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time, while the full treatment price will still apply. **Cancellation & Rescheduling** We kindly ask for at least **12 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling made **more than 12 hours before** the appointment: **no charge**. * Cancellations made **less than 12 hours before** the appointment: **50% of the treatment price may be charged**. * **No-shows:** 100% of the treatment price may be charged. * Arrivals more than **15 minutes late** may result in the treatment being shortened or cancelled, depending on availability. The full treatment price will still apply. We understand that unexpected situations can happen and will always consider exceptional circumstances with care. **Waitlist Policy** If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. If a suitable appointment becomes available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Joining the waitlist **does not guarantee an appointment**. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Oriana Wellness. **Appointment Confirmation** Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from Oriana Wellness.
